One World, Many Stories!

Caldwell Public Library Posted on July 31, 2011 by LibraryStaffJuly 31, 2011

What a great summer at the library! With our theme “One World, Many Stories,” we talked about many cultures near and far. For our project, we raised $65.74 to send to Joplin to help the tornado relief effort.

About 50 kids and adults attended the pool party on July 25th. Everybody received a free book and the Green Team members were awarded gift certificates for free shaved ices from The Ice Shack. Refreshments were enjoyed by all.

Thanks to EVERYBODY (you know who you are!) for making the Summer Reading Program so special. We’ll see you at the library on August 15th when we re-open after vacation.
