Warriors of the 21st Century are professionals who volunteer to join the United States Armed Forces.
They grew up in the shadow of September 11th, 2001, a defining moment for most of them.
Many have endured multiple deployments and most return home.
Some do not.

“Remembering Our Fallen” was created to honor those who made the ultimate
sacrifice in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. Its legacy will be that these men and
women will never be forgotten and that their names will be remembered and spoken.

Summer Reading 2012!!!

Caldwell Public Library Posted on June 15, 2012 by LibraryStaffJune 15, 2012

Kids of all ages (up through Grade 12) – come to the Caldwell Public Library to sign up for “Dream Big – Read!,” this year’s Summer Reading Program.

Story Times will be held on Fridays in June and July (June 8, June 22, July 6, and July 20) from 10 am – 11 am. Seniors-to-be Sydnee York and Tyann York will be our reading assistants this summer. Come for books, crafts, puppet shows and more. These story times are geared for children K-5th Grade.

This summer, we will also host Story Times specifically for children up through age 5. Futures Unlimited will be leading these groups, and we want a big crowd!! Mark your calendars NOW for Wednesday, June 20; Wednesday July 11; and Wednesday July 25, also from 10-11 am. It is very nice of Deana Farmer (and her assistants) to come from Wellington to lead these for us so please spread the word.

Be thinking about what you want your reading goal to be. If all of the kids combined read a total of 1,500 books/chapters, Principal Rierson has agreed to kiss a pig! For those reaching their reading goal, a special pool party will be held at the end of July.
